What We Collect

Bullseye collects the minimum data necessary to evaluate pull requests against ticket specifications:

  • •Account information — email address, name, and organization details provided during signup
  • •Integration tokens — OAuth tokens for GitHub, JIRA, and Linear, stored encrypted (KMS envelope encryption)
  • •Ticket data — issue titles, descriptions, and acceptance criteria read from your connected ticket sources
  • •PR metadata — pull request diffs, file changes, and branch information processed during evaluation
  • •Evaluation results — scorecard data, criterion pass/fail results, and quality scores

What We Don't Collect

  • •We do not persist raw code diffs — they are processed in-flight and discarded
  • •We do not sell or share personal data with third parties
  • •We do not use your code or ticket data to train AI models

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • •Evaluate pull requests against linked ticket specifications
  • •Generate and display scorecards and quality metrics
  • •Manage your account, organization, and billing
  • •Send transactional emails (evaluation limit notifications, billing receipts)

Data Storage & Security

  • •All data is stored in AWS (RDS PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest
  • •OAuth tokens are encrypted using AWS KMS envelope encryption
  • •All connections use TLS encryption in transit
  • •We follow OWASP security best practices

Third-Party Services

Bullseye integrates with:

  • •Anthropic — AI evaluation (ticket scoring, criteria extraction, LLM judging). Your ticket and PR data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
  • •Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
  • •GitHub, JIRA, Linear — data source integrations via OAuth

Data Retention

Evaluation results and scorecards are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
