Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Bullseye ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Bullseye is a SaaS platform that evaluates pull requests against ticket specifications and provides quality scorecards. The Service requires integration with your existing development tools (GitHub, JIRA, Linear, etc.) via OAuth.

3. Accounts & Access

• •You must provide accurate account information
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• •One organization account per entity — accounts are not transferable

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• •Bullseye offers monthly subscription plans: Starter ($29/mo), Team ($79/mo), Growth ($199/mo), and Enterprise ($999/mo)
• •Each plan includes a set number of evaluations per month (35, 100, 300, 1200 respectively)
• •Overage evaluations are billed at $0.50 per evaluation (opt-in)
• •Subscriptions renew automatically each month
• •You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of the billing period
• •Refunds are not provided for partial months

5. Your Data

• •You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service (code, tickets, configurations)
• •You grant Bullseye a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service
• •We do not use your data to train AI models
• •Raw code diffs are processed in-flight and not persisted

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service to process data you don't have rights to
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the scoring algorithms
• •Exceed rate limits or abuse the evaluation pipeline
• •Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for evaluation accuracy, missed evaluations, or downstream decisions made based on scorecard results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullseye's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. We may suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
