Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of Bullseye. By creating an account or connecting a source, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

1The service

Bullseye is an organizational intent layer for AI-assisted engineering. It captures the intent behind your work from the sources you connect, reconciles it into current, provenance-backed facts, and serves that context to the AI coding agents you already use. Bullseye is model-agnostic: it never writes your code or replaces your agents — it gives them better context.

2Accounts & access

You are responsible for your account, your organization's members, and the credentials you connect. Access within an organization is governed by roles (owner, admin, member). You must have the authority to connect the sources you connect and to grant Bullseye access to that data.

3Subscriptions & billing

4Your data

You own your data. You grant Bullseye a limited license to process the evidence from your connected sources solely to provide the service — to capture, reconcile, and serve your organization's intent. We do not use your data to train AI models. Capture is consent-gated: each source is opt-in, conversation channels and meetings are individually controllable, and disabling a source purges its evidence. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5Acceptable use

6The agent relationship

Bullseye serves context to AI coding agents to help them build from current intent. The context Bullseye serves is assistive: it does not write, review, or merge code, and it does not guarantee any particular agent output. You remain responsible for the code your agents and engineers produce and ship.

7Service availability

We work to keep Bullseye available and reliable, but the standard service is provided on an "as available" basis without a uptime guarantee. Connectors depend on third-party providers whose availability we do not control. Formal SLAs are available on Enterprise plans.

8Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullseye is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9Termination

You may stop using Bullseye and delete your organization at any time, which removes its evidence, derived facts, and credentials. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (data ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) continue to apply.

10Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
